Day 1 - Chennai – Arrival
On arrival at Chennai, our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 2 - Chennai
Set out on a guided sightseeing tour of Chennai – portraying a perfect blend of art, architecture and industrialization this is where traditional and conventional platforms seem to co-exist. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day3 - Chennai / Kanchipuram / Mahabalipuram
Morning drive down to Mahabalipuram via Kancheepuram (1 ½ hrs), en-route visiting the places of interest – many temples within the city premises and the outskirts, dating back to the period of early dynasties of ancient Tamil Kingdom exude architectural brilliance that cannot go unnoticed. On arrival, check into a hotel. Overnight stay will be arranged here.

Day 4 - Mahabalipuram
Enjoy a full day sight seeing trip to rock cut cave temples. The stunning sculptures, especially that of Krishna Mandapam, Five Rathas, reflects the art=chitectural finesse during the Pallava period. The Shore Temple here is a must-see for any tourist. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Mahabalipuram / Pondicherry
Morning set out on an exciting journey to Pondicherry (2 ½ hrs). On arrival, check in to hotel. This land is with a history of over 2000 years and still preserves the quaint charm of early French colony. Your guided tour will cover Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville, Botanical Gardens, Museum, Churches etc. Overnight stay at the hotel .

Day 6 - Pondicherry / Thanjavur
Morning proceed to Thanjavur (3 hrs), on arrival check in to the hotel. After settling set out on a sightseeing trip to Sri Bragadeeswarar Temple depicting Chola architecture, The Palace Nayakas dating back to 1550 AD and Art Gallery showcasing some priced possessions of the Chola period. Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 7 - Thanjavur / Trichy / Thanjavur
Set out on a full day sightseeing tour to Trichy. An important constituency of the early Tamil Kingdom, the place is gifted with some of the most exquisite buildings of the yesteryear. On arrival, check in to the hotel of your choice. Afternoon enjoy sightseeing tour of Trichy; your itinerary here will include the rock fort temple, and the island of Srirangam. Return to Thanjavur for overnight stay

Day 8 - Thanjavur / Madurai
Morning start your journey to Madurai (3 ½ hrs), on arrival check in to hotel. Highly significant with its cultural and historical background, the city has tourist attractions in plenty, the most prominent among them being The Meenakshi Temple. Reserve your evenings to witness the vibrant and colorful temple ceremonies. Return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 9 - Madurai – Rameshwaram – Madurai
Enjoy a full day sightseeing at Rameshwaram. The temple here is highly famous among Hindu pilgrims all round the globe. Your itinerary here will also include other places of attraction in an around this temple town. Drive back to Madurai for overnight stay

Day 10 Madurai / Kanyakumari
Morning proceed to Kanyakumari (4 ½ hrs), on arrival check in to hotel. Later in the afternoon visit Padmanabhapuram Palace & Archeological museum, The Kanyakumari Temple, Sri Padaparai, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Memorial. Spend night shopping at the local bazaar and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 11 Kanyakumari / Trivandrum
Morning proceed to Trivandrum (2 hrs) and on arrival check in to the hotel. After settling set out on a guided city tour, with your itinerary covering Padmanabhaswami temple, renowned for its towering gopuras and temples arts and paintings. The main pavilion of the temple stands impressive with 400 marvelously granite carved pillars. Your guided sightseeing tour will cover the rest of the attractions too. Later in the evening return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12 Trivandrum – Departure transfer
Morning get dropped at Trivandrum airport / railway station for your flight/train back home, feeling contented about the wonderful you had in the city of temples!
